Erick Mathoho will be involved in his last-ever Soweto derby this weekend.
This is because the Amakhosi legend has been informed he will be leaving at the end of the season. So, the real question is, will he get to play in his final Soweto derby match?

Nobody will forget his famous winner when the Soweto giants clashed in March last year.

He will certainly be tempted to given the fact that it is his last Soweto derby and he is a fan-favourite and Amakhosi legend.
However, he is unlikely to throw him into the deep end given that he has not played for months.

Furthermore, Siyabonga Ngezana and Zitha Kwinika are the form centre-backs. Therefore, we are more likely to see Mathoho come off the bench to earn his final applause in the Soweto derby.
