Forgotten former Mamelodi Sundowns attacker Phakamani Mhlambi is still actively looking for a club.
This is according to Mahlambi’s agent Glyn Binkin who told iDiski Times that his client is training on his own in Johannesburg.
“He is in Johannesburg training on his own and working hard to regain his fitness and thereafter we will see what the future holds,” he said.
It is fair to say Mahlambi was on the rise while he was at Bidvest Wits under the tutelage of Gavin Hunt.
He was so good that he ended up going to Al Ahly to come the first South African-born player to join the Egyptian giants.
However, things started falling apart at AmaZulu, and Chippa United remain his last club after he was released.
