Former Kaizer Chiefs marksman Knowledge Musona is bagging great cash in Saudi Arabia now, but it was even better for him in Belgium.

MUSONA ON R10 MILLION ANNUALLY

Now skippering Al Riyadh in the Saudi Pro League after a successful stint with Al Tai, Knowledge Musona is believed to be earning R10 million annually, even in the twilight years of his career. According to the Belgian newspaper Het Nieuwsblad, in 2020, Musona was earning around R18.85 million per year without bonuses. Musona, who was often deployed as an attacking midfielder for Al Tai, scored eight goals and provided nine assists in 29 Saudi Arabia Pro League appearances before earning another big move to Al Riyadh.

Musona’s brother Walter currently represents the Zimbabwe national team and has caught the eye of Chiefs. The Glamour Boys are keen on taking a closer look at Musona’s younger brother. 27-year-old Walter currently plies his trade in Zimbabwe with PC Platinum but does have PSL experience after stints with Polokwane City and Sekhukhune.
