STELLENBOSCH FC 0-2 SUPERSPORT UNITED

SuperSport United registered a 2-0 win over Stellenbosch FC in a league match which was played at Danie Craven Stadium.

Jamie Webber opened the scoring for SuperSport United in the 37th minute before Bradley Grobler doubled the lead in the 67th minute.

The result saw Matsatsantsa temporarily move top of the log and above defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns who’ve played two games fewer.

CHIPPA UNITED 1-0 SEKHUKHUNE UNITED

Chippa United registered their fourth consecutive win as they beat Sekhukhune United 1-0 in a league match played at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.

Etiosa Ighodaro scored the only goal of the game in the 27th minute of the first half to hand Morgan Mammila’s charges maximum points.

The result temporarily took Chippa United to fifth on the Dstv Premiership with 17 points from the 11 league games they have played so far.
