AmaZulu to bring in TWO former Orlando Pirates players

AmaZulu head coach Pablo Franco Martin could add two former Orlando Pirates attackers to his squad before the end of the week.

AmaZulu are set to sign two former Orlando Pirates players.

Tebogo Tlolane and Collins Makgaka were recently released by the Soweto giants and are reportedly in camp with Usuthu this week.

Tlolane joined Pirates from Chippa United ahead of the 2019/20 season but failed to break into the first team and eventually was loaned to Maritzburg where he spent a few season.

AmaZulu have struggled to get their season going following a disappointing 0-0 draw with Royal Am in their opening DStv Premiership match this past weekend.

On Wednesday, the KZN side host SuperSport United.

AmaZulu head coach Pablo Franco Martin could sign Tlolane and Makgaka even though he said he was content with his squad.

“We will keep playing with these guys I’m really happy with them [the AmaZulu players], with their commitment and effort,” Franco Martin said.

“You know in the end all coaches in the world want more and more players. We are never happy with what we want.

“This is the mentality I have and I’m sure the rest of my colleagues in the league also have,” said AmaZulu coach.

AmaZulu have no suspension concerns having been boosted by the availability of Celimpilo Ngema who served his one-match suspension against Royal AM over the weekend. They host Matsatsantsa at the Moses Mabhida Stadium looking for their first win of the season.

SuperSport got off to a flying start in the current season as they emerged as 2-0 winners over Richards Bay at the Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday.
