Kaizer Chiefs coach Molefi Ntseki has spoken about the mark he wants to leave at the club this season, and it’s something their fans want the most.

It’s been eight full years since Chiefs lifted a major trophy, and Ntseki has made it his mandate to at least deliver one silverware.

Speaking to journalists ahead of Sunday’s MTN8 quarter-final clash with Cape Town City, Ntseki said winning at least one trophy with Chiefs is the mark he wants to leave.

Should Ntseki achieve that this season, he will definitely be remembered as the first coach to deliver silverware at Chiefs after eight years.

NTSEKI REVEALS THE MARK HE WANTS TO LEAVE AT KAIZER CHIEFS

“When you have an opportunity to play a game for Kaizer Chiefs, you understand that it is a must-win, be it a cup or league game, it is a must-win game,” Ntseki told reporters.

“It has been a while now since we have put smiles on the faces of our supporters.”

“It has been a long time since the chairman, Dr Kaizer Motaung, has been presented with a trophy. So, all of that comes with responsibility.”

“It is a responsibility that we are taking as the technical team, as the players, to say, ‘we represent this club. We have to do well for the club’,” added Ntseki.
