Manchester United are set to release a total of13 players this summer and captain Harry Maguire is one of them.

United manager Erik Ten Hag is hoping to revamp the squad for next season and him offloading more players could help the club raise £100million for new signings.

In recent weeks, United have shown interest in Chelsea and England star Mason Mount. Chelsea are reportedly demanding £65m for the star but the Red Devils are so far refusing to bow to Chelsea’s £65m demand as they look to save as much money as possible for their other targets who might come less expensive than the Englishman.

Ten Hag also had his eye on Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane, but it looks like the striker is not interested in joining the Machester club.

One player that the club is looking to sell is Sancho but it is believed that the club is looking around £45m for Sancho. The England international has struggled to make the impact since his high profile move to Man United from Borussia Dortmund for £73m two years ago.

Another player who the Red Devils are looking to sell is Maguire. The defender remarkably cost £80m from Leicester in 2019, but failed to make an impact and since ten Hag took over, he slipped down the pecking order.

United are apparently looking to sell him for £40m which is likely to be reduced due over the summer.
