Haaland breaks more Premier League records

Erling Haaland scored a hat-trick to help Manchester City see off Fulham 5-1 on Saturday afternoon.

The Norwegian striker became the fastest player to reach 50 goal involvements in the Premier League(41 goals, 9 assists). His hat-trick helped the Citizen move to the summit of the Premier League table.

It took Haaland only 39 appearances to reach the milestone, breaking Andrew Cole’s previous record of 43 matches.

Haaland reaches another milestone with Man City

Julian Alvarez and Nathan Ake were the other goal scorers as CIty went rampant against Fulham to maintain their 100 percent record.

The 23-year-old has continued from where he left off last season, scoring six goals in his opening four Premier League appearances.

City tops the EPL table

“It’s a new season and I’m ready for it,” said the man known as the Norwegian cyborg.

Haaland has scored 58 goals and 10 assists in 59 appearances since joining Man City in July 2022 and looks set to reach 100 goals by the end of the season.

His next target will be to reach Alan Shearer’s record of 100 goal contributions in 100 matches – a feat that does not seem too far away for the Man City striker.
