The Springboks have just dropped the latest new kit. A limited edition jersey that marks their recent Rugby World Cup 2023 triumph in France.

The Springboks have just dropped the latest new kit. A limited edition jersey that marks their recent Rugby World Cup 2023 triumph in France.

The Springboks have done a massive jersey drop on the public holiday given to South Africans as a result of their RWC success.

LIMITED EDITION SPRINGBOK JERSEYS DROP

Furthermore, the jersey is the first and only in rugby history to have four RWC triumphs marked on the sleeve.

Therefore, the newest Springboks Nike jersey will have 1995, 2007, 2019 and 2023 on the sleeve with no other changes to the jersey worn by players in France.

This is quite a remarkable honour and achievement by the Boks. They have won four out of 8 RWC they have competed in making them the most succesful team in RWC history. In RWC triumphs and success rate.

Moreover, The Boks did not compete in the first two editions due to sanctions made on SA during the apartheid era. This jersey marks the greatness and legacy that is the Springboks brand ad their historic and groundbreaking success.

SA Rugby has warned against counterfeits, urging consumers to only purchase authentic jerseys from licensed outlets.

Official licensed jerseys can be purchased from Nike stores, Sportsman’s Warehouse, Total Sports and Studio 88. Anywhere else is not recognized or licensed by SA Rugby and is therefore not selling authentic jerseys.
