The Springboks will wear their traditional green and gold jerseys in Sunday’s Rugby World Cup match against Romania.

The defending champions wore their controversial ‘aqua’ strip in their Pool B opener against Scotland last weekend.

As reported by The South African website, the Springboks will also wear their green and gold jerseys in the final pool match against Tonga, but will face Ireland in their much-discussed aqua colours.

Meanwhile, a further THREE matches will take place at the 2023 Rugby World Cup in France on Sunday, 17 September.

First up at 15:00 (SA time), the Springboks will take on Romania in what will be the second match for both sides in Pool B.

Following that clash, Australia and Fiji will lock horns in what promises to be a blockbuster Pool C match at 17:45 (SA time).

Closing out the day’s play, England will tackle Japan in Pool D at 21:00 (SA time).
