South Africa’s Cameron Saaiman suffered his first professional MMA defeat inside the hexagon in Las Vegas on Saturday.

Saaiman, 22, made his main card debut at UFC Vegas 281, but was beaten by American Christian Rodriguez.
Rodriguez missed weight by four pounds and forfeited 25% of his purse as a result.

Despite how close the bantamweight fight was over the three, five-minute rounds, the judges scored the bout unanimously in favour of 25-year-old Rodriguez.
Rodriguez won 30-27, 30-27 and 29-28 on the scorecards.
