Cape Town Sevens: Blitzboks take bronze, Fiji take the Cup – as it happened

Cape Town Sevens is done and dusted. Blitzboks finished third and Fiji took the cup. Here’s how it happened.

After two days of non-stop action, the Cape Town Sevens is over. The Blitzboks had to settle for third after stumbling against Fiji in the semi-finals.

They held their nerve against New Zealand in the third place play off, though, but Neil Powell rued the missed chances
