UPDATE: Man who saved a baby in runaway stroller lands new job

A man in California, United States of America (USA) has reportedly landed a new job after a video of him performing a heroic act went viral earlier this month.

The man was seen in the viral video saving a baby in a stroller from veering into oncoming traffic.

MAN WAS FROM A JOB INTERVIEW WHEN HE PERFORMED A HEROIC ACT

According to People, Ron Nessman, was from a job interview with Applebee’s when he saw the ordeal go down.

The interview was for a dishwasher position.

After his interview went to sit on a bench outside of the A1 Hand Car Wash in Hesperia.

As he was sitting there CCTV footage showed a woman who was unloading her car when the stroller began rolling backward toward the busy roadway.

JUST IN TIME TO SAVE THE BABY

After realising that the stroller was rolling toward the ongoing traffic, she tried running after it, however, she tripped multiple times while attempting to catch up with it.

Just before the stroller rolls into the street, Nessman jumps into the frame and grabs it just in time.

“He’s a great guy and he was a great candidate, and he’ll definitely fit with us here in Team Victorville at Applebee’s,” the report quoted Emily Canady, general manager at Applebee’s.
