This governmental agency pays social grants, while the Department of Social Development (DSD) oversees the operation.

SASSA: Can I receive this SA social grant?

Each SASSA grant has special requirements.

For example, a minimum or maximum income threshold. Age and disability can also sometimes play a role for some grants.

The grant process starts with an application.

After this, you are approved or rejected after you’ve applied.
