If your SASSA/Postbank gold card expires on 31 March 2023, make sure you collect your new card to collect your social grant.
South African Social Security Agency SASSA grant recipients are reminded that only those with SASSA/Postbank gold cards expiring in March 2023 must visit the Post Office branches to collect new cards this month.

Social grant recipients who have lost or misplaced their SASSA/Postbank gold cards, expiring in March 2023, must go to their nearest Post Office to collect their new gold card.

New SASSA/Postbank Gold cards will only be issued at SAPO branches to the person whose name the expiring card has been issued.
It will also be issued if you are registered at SASSA as a representative.
SASSA will announce the dates and processes for cards expiring in the coming months soon.
