The late Katlego Bereng’s father explained his ‘miserable life from childhood until death has left fans in tears across social media.

Indeed, the Thabo Bester and Dr Nandipha case seemed far from over as new issues emerged. For a long time, Katlego’s family had been looking for him and didn’t know he was dead. Today the DNA of a person used in Thabo’s escape has confirmed that it was Katlego Bereng.
At least the family has found closure, but that would not take away their pain. It is a difficult time for Katlego’s family and friends as they mourn him. They probably all hoped that he would return to them one day when everyone was not expected. That will not happen as they have discovered that Bereng is past and was used in a controversial criminal case.

Full of pain, his father, Batho Mpholo, explained how he knew his son, leaving fans seeing his life’s misery.
KATLEGO BERENG’S ‘MISERABLE LIFE’ FROM CHILDHOOD TILL DEATH
Indeed calling his life miserable might sound too hard, given that there is still not much information about him. However, this is precisely how a sure fan saw it as his father explained their journey.

Speaking to the media, Batho said he lost contact with Katlego’s mother when she was two months pregnant. This means that Katledgo lost some love he was supposed to be getting from his father when he was still a child. This is indeed a situation nobody would choose to be in, growing up without the closure of your biological father.
Fortunately, Katledgo found his father in 2018, and everything seemed to flow for him. Indeed, it was only for a short time, as he was to lose his life a few years later. Probably, Katledgo lived all his life seeking his father, but finding him only a few years before his death is so painful and hard to imagine. It was indeed a life that was not easy.
POLICE CONFIRM KATLEDGO BERENG WITH DNA
Ever since the saga started, the belief was that the burned body found in Thabo Bester’s cell was Katlego Bereng, but it wasn’t yet confirmed. After taking DNA tests with his mother, the DNA matched and confirmed the news to the family.
