Get set for a week of adding load shedding schedule checks to your daily list of administrative duties – embattled power supplier Eskom has announced that Stage 2 blackouts will be implemented again on Tuesday 1 June, with more load shedding set to feature throughout the week. We have you covered though, with all the schedules for Gauteng, Cape Town, Durban, and Gqeberha listed below. 

HOW TO CHECK YOUR ESKOM LOAD SHEDDING SCHEDULES ON MONDAY 31 MAY  

Eskom confirmed that Stage 2 load shedding will be implemented from 16:00 on Tuesday until 5:00 on Wednesday morning, with Eskom saying that a higher demand for electricity resulting from colder weather, as well as several breakdowns at generation units, is to blame. SOme of the country’s major metros have their own schedules drawn up, and you can access them here.
