The ANC in KZN has congratulated its own, Cde Jomo Sibiya, following his deployment as a Special Advisor to the President of the country, Cyril Ramaphosa.
WHO IS THE ANC COMRADE FROM KZN
Mafika Mndebele, the ANC Provincial Spokesperson said the party is encouraged that one of the dedicated cadres of the movement has been identified and deployed as a Special Advisor to the President of the Republic of South Africa, Cde Cyril Matamela Ramaphosa.

“Cde Jomo Sibiya is known for his rare ability to ensure speed and efficiency in the delivery of government services to the people. In keeping with the culture and traditions of the ANC, at all times, Cde Jomo Sibiya has sought to ensure that state resources are deployed to transform the lives of the people,” Mndebele described Sibiya.

“Leaders and members of all political parties can attest to his commitment, as an executive authority, towards lifting indigenous people out of the conditions of squalor,” he added.
QUALITIES OF THE NEW SPECIAL ADVISOR
“As a lawmaker, he played an oversight role efficiently, ensuring that there was accountability for every cent spent by government departments.
“We are convinced as the ANC that through this deployment Comrade Matamela is demonstrating his commitment towards ensuring that the human capital that is available in South Africa is utilized to build a prosperous country,” Mndebele further complimented the deployee.

Sibiya is a former member of the KZN Legislature, and a former MEC for Public Works and Human Settlements in the province.
