MORE INTERRUPTIONS OUTSIDE OF SOWETO

Meanwhile, on the 10 and 11 October, areas in the south will experience water outages.

On 10 October: Drieziek all extensions, Stretford all extensions, Lakeside all extensions, Orange Farm, Orange Farm Ext 1,3,4,5 and 6 will have no water from 6am to 10pm. This is due to the relocation of a 110mm and 200mm uPVC water pipe for stormwater system construction and the replacement of an isolated gate valve on a bulk water pipe.

JOHANNESBURG WATER LISTS AFFECTED AREAS IN LANSERIA

On 11 October: Lanseria, Lanseria South, Anchorville, Lehae, Zakariyya Park, Vlakfontein, Finetown, and Ennderdale South, excluding extensions will have no water from 6am to 6pm. This is a result of maintenance work required on the bulk pipeline to ensure improved water supply.

This is a developing story.
