For the last 13 years, the Afropunk Festival has been evolving the festival game. It provides a musical and cultural experience that encourages diversity. The festival hosts people of all races, genders, colours, creeds and tastes. It has created a great sense of multiculturalism. Afropunk has staged big artists such as Solange, SZA and many more, creating a great follower base.
This year, Afropunk is ending its worldwide journey in Johannesburg to end 2017 on a high note. The festival will run from the 30th of December and welcome all its attendees into 2018 on the 1st of January. After a successful year of events, the excitement for the Joburg edition of the festival is flying out of the roof!
