WATCH: Martial eagle kills impala at Skukuza Golf Club

Skukuza Golf Club situated inside the famed Kruger National Park is known as the ‘wildest’ course in the world – and for good reason!

In the latest incredible sighting, a Martial eagle killed a young impala between the fifth and eighth holes late last week.

Writing on their Facebook page, the Skukuza Golf Club posted: “A beautiful sighting of a Martial Eagle catching a baby impala on the course. This is the wildest course in the world after all. Expect the unexpected”

Martial eagles are the largest in Africa and possess incredible power, enough to knock an adult man off his feet. They weigh up to 6.5kg and have a wingspan of around 6 feet 4 inches.
