Social grant recipients have been struggling to collect their grants due to a now-fixed Postbank glitch. If you still have an issue, complain to the social grant agency first… But if you don’t get an answer from them, there’s one more thing you can try.

President Ramaphosa’s complaints hotline could be the answer.

Here’s how to get in touch with the Presidency, and what happens next.

Contact SASSA here first

The National hotline is for all complaints and questions about social grants.

First a complaint should go to the SA Social Security Agency. Valid complaints get a reference number, and should be answered within a reasonable time.
