When it was revealed that Kellly Khumalo might lose her luxury Porsche that she purchased in 2017 after failing to pay the necessary instalments, fans learnt that the Empini hitmaker is 38-years-old and not 36 as is publicly claimed.

What is Kelly Khumalo’s real age?

This was found when Sunday World revealed that Kelly has reportedly defaulted her payments and is currently faced with R62 000 arrear fees.

“The documents submitted in order for her car to be repossessed contain her Identity Card which states 11 November 1982 as her birth date.”

Even after Googling her name and age, it is revealed that she is 36-years-old.

Last year Sunday World exclusively revealed that Nedbank’s vehicle finance wing, Motor Finance Corporation (MFC), has filed papers in the Joburg High Court for a default judgment against the songbird after she defaulted on payment for her luxury Porche Cayenne TipTronic vehicle.

“According to the papers in the publication’s possession, Kelly got a loan of about R500 000 to buy the 2011 model road monster on 24 March 2017. Khumalo was supposed to pay just under R10 000 in monthly instalments, excluding insurance, until 4 April 2023. But the musician defaulted on her instalments and was more than R62 000 in arrears as of 10 July.”

At the time, Kelly did not respond to a letter demanding that she settle the arrears to keep her account up to date and therefore, the bank cancelled the sale agreement on 20 August. Sunday World did reportedly reach out to Kelly for comment but she ignored their phone calls and text messages.
