There are few dishes as wholesome as a chicken dinner. It’s often a family’s go-to when you want to make something great for your family with as little effort as possible. This simple roast chicken recipe has super tender chicken with a crispy skin that will make yous mile through every bite.
If you want extra crispy skin, add some salt to the chicken and leave on a rack in the fridge for an hour, uncovered to dry out the skin and season the chicken. The marinade will also do the same trick and help flavour the chicken right through. Serve with some rice and roasted vegetables.
