Recipe of the Day: Mocha biscuits for tea time [Video]

We all enjoy a little snack when we’re having coffee or tea with our friends. You can easily make your own, and these mocha biscuits are definitely the way to go. Mocha is often described as the combination of coffee and chocolate, the best combination in the world. These biscuits are super soft and buttery, melting in your mouth with each bite.

The coffee you use doesn’t matter as much, so you can use espresso or instant coffee. The chocolate will add to the richness, and you can add some chocolate chips to the mixture too. Pipe the cookie dough or use any cookie cutter for different shapes. Decorate them just like you want to and enjoy with your favourite people. The recipe below gives you all of the options.
