Have you been on a bit of a baking spree recently or have you been thinking about starting off fresh? Cookies are a great way to get you started and any veteran baker loves baking them too. These ginger snap biscuits are super fun to make, especially when you make them with the kids and finally serve them to your family.

To enhance the ginger flavour and add some sweetness, molasses is combined with oil and added to the cookie dough. You’ll be adding all of those classic spices to the dough as well to add even more flavour. They are rolled into balls when everything is combined and baked to crispy perfection. Depending on your preference, they can be crunchy/snappy all the way through or a bit soft in the middle. Watch the video below to see how to do it all.
