  • 400 grams 400 natural yoghurt

  • 9 leaves 9 gelatine

  • 6 6 egg whites

  • 400 grams 400 cream, whipped

  • 175 grams 175 sugar

  • 400 ml 400 lemon juice

  • 200 grams 200 honey

  • 400 grams 400 chopped fruit of your choice

  • 200 grams 200 muesli


  • Beat the egg white and sugar to form a meringue mixture.
  • Add the gelatine to water and dissolve. Then add to the yoghurt. Add the lemon juice to the yoghurt.
  • Mix in the meringue and fold in the semi whipped cream.
  • Leave to set for at least 12 hours.
  • When ready to serve, add a layer of mousse, followed by a layer of granola and fruit. Keep layering until the glass is full.
