Hearty mutton stew tips

The mutton has lots of protein with a good amount of fat with lots of flavour. The fun starts when you add your choice of vegetables. Some chunky carrots and even green beans work very well in this stew along with some pre-cooked baby potatoes. You can also add a hint of chilli flakes to enhance the flavours. Other than a fluffy bed of rice, top your mutton stew with some lemon zest and freshly chopped parsley. It’s a recipe that’s always evolving and always tasty.
