We’ve all loved cookies since we were able to eat solid food. Cookies are amazing and have a way of letting us experience our inner child. As we get older, we enjoy them just as much and they’re even better shared with friends when having tea or coffee. Ginger snap cookies are an iconic snack, especially during the holidays but their golden goodness is welcome any time of year.

Ginger snap cookies tips

The recipe is very simple and the only challenge is deciding on decorations and presentation. These cookies are notorious for the holiday season, so cutting them into shapes like Christmas trees or stars are very popular. You can sprinkle them with some icing sugar as they come out of the oven. How about some sprinkles and a chocolate or caramel glaze? They are crunchy and perfect with a hot cup of coffee or tea.
