Croissant pudding suggestions

This recipe is great for revitalizing day-old croissants and even use the freshest produce you can get your hands on. The pastries are revived with milk, more butter and spices that when baked becomes even richer and more decadent. The textures of the soft pastry with nuts is always welcome as the warm pudding creates great contrast with the cold vanilla custard. The recipe was created by foodie and lifestyle content creator, Fehmida Osman-Latib, a.k.a. “Fehmz”.
