Nothing warms the body like a creamy, rich potato soup. This aromatic soup is loaded with tasty ingredients making you want to help yourself to a second portion.

This potato soup includes salami, mushrooms along with mashed potatoes and a variety of fresh herbs and spices. If you do not have salami, you can use cabanossi or bacon for an equally delicious soup. The addition of cream to this recipe makes for a full-rounded taste sensation.

Potato soup is usually a winner with little ones, so if you wrestle with any picky eaters, this soup will solve the issue.

In the unlikely event that you have any potato soup leftover, simply refrigerate overnight to enjoy the following day. After the luxurious flavours had time to infuse overnight, the soup will even be more appetising.

No reason to stay cold when the temperature drops this winter. Warm up with a soul-warming potato soup.
