What’s the one meal almost every restaurant has? It’s burgers and they can be beef burgers, chicken burgers and even fish burgers. However, no burger is as good as a homemade burger where you can control every ingredient and process. Burgers are a universal food love language and they are always amazing. You can now make your burgers even better with Cheese-stuffed burgers. Making a batch or two of this recipe is the perfect food for those hot summer days where you don’t want to cook for hours and feed a crowd.

The premise of these Cheese-stuffed Burgers is easy. Instead of putting a slice of cheese on the other layers, you stuff the burger patty with cheese. Not only is it a really cool idea, but the cheese is also extra melty and delicious. However, make sure you don’t burn your mouth cause that cheese is super hot too. Layer the rest of your burger with the usual tomato, onions and lettuce. Some mustard also goes a long way and if you like it spicy, hot sauce is a welcome addition. You can pan-fry the burger patties of your Cheese-stuffed Burgers or pop them on the braai.
