With this recipe, you can skip the steakhouse, grab your apron and get started!

Butter T-Bone Steak

Caramelised crust with juicy meat inside – that is the unmistakable taste of steak cooked by an experienced chef. This Butter T-Bone Steak recipe sets out the steps on how to get T-bone steaks to taste like the steakhouse’s steak. The result is so palatable that you will never cook a steak any other way.

Butter T-Bone steak is cooked with simple ingredients but it is all about getting the technique right. The secret is to sear the steak on both sides. That way the outside is caramelised and the inside remains tender and juicy.

T-Bone steak is one of the best cuts. It includes a bone resembling a “T” with meat on both sides. To be more technical, it is a crosscut from the front of the short loin. On the one side of the T-bone is a strip of the top loin, and on the other side, a smaller piece of the tenderloin, known as the fillet. T-bone steaks are incredibly tasty because they contain enough fat to keep the meat really moist. The bone also adds so much additional flavour.

So, now that you have the Butter T-Bone Steak recipe to get your T-Bone steak to taste like a high-end restaurant’s steak, skip the steakhouse, grab your apron and let’s get started!
