This recipe makes use of oat flour instead of the regular flour which is usually used for baking. Oat flour makes this recipe healthier than it would have been with another flour.

Ingredients

  • 30 g 30 oat flour

  • 30 g 30 chocolate protein powder

  • ¼ tsp baking powder

  • 100 ml 100 almond milk

  • 50 g 50 soy yoghurt

  • a spoonful of vegan white chocolate spread

  • chopped white chocolate (vegan)

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together until combined and then place into a baking dish.
  • Add the spoonful of white chocolate spread into the centre and top it with white chocolate.
  • Bake at 160°C for 15 – 20 minutes.
