There’s a long weekend coming and you know what that means: Food! Food that feeds the body, feeds the soul and is shared with the ones you love. One of the greatest snack foods in the world is nachos. Meaty nachos with cheese, crunchy tortilla chips, guacamole and more cream cheese are always a favourite among big groups of friends. Our beefy BBQ nachos are everything you want in a weekend snack centre-piece and more.

Making your beefy BBQ nachos

You only have a tiny bit of cooking to do here when you make the beef mince. You can also make as much as you want depending on the number of people coming over. Unless you can’t find real tortilla chips, Doritos are fine but they do get soggy quite quickly. Next, you stack the serving board like you want to and go bananas because nachos are that ugly delicious goodness. There’s no way to eat it that isn’t messy and it can be presented that way too.
