Five ‘boss moves’ by Bonang Matheba’s little sister Rambi [photos]
From beauty pageants to her own fitness page, Bonang’s little sister Reabetswe Sechoaro is stepping out of her shadow.

Reabetswe “Rambi” Sechoaro, little sister to media personality Bonang Matheba is on a mission to carve her own path in life and she has done just that.
RAMBI PAVING HER OWN PATH
Rambi wanted to be known by her own name and not “Bonang’s sister” so she worked hard to build her name in the fashion industry as a model. Bonang and Rambi are half-sisters, who share the same mother, but not the same father. Bonang also has a half-brother named Thabo Mokoena.
Here are five ways Rambi has been on her own “come up” in life without juicing her sister’s name.
1. MISS INTERNATIONAL PAGEANT
Rambi made it to the top three of the Miss International Pageant, held in Japan in 2018. Miss International is a search for the most elegant woman in the world, established back in 1960. The top three in 2018 were,
- 1. Miss Venezuela
- 2. Miss Philippines
- 3. Miss South Africa

2. SHE COMPETED IN MISS SA 2016
Rambi competed in the Miss SA competition in 2016 where she made it to the top eight. Ntandoyenkosi Kunene was crowned Miss SA that year.

3. SHE PLANS ON LAUNCHING HER OWN BLOG
Rambi is set to launch her own blog titled Through Rambi’s Eye in about 22 days. It is not yet clear what content to expect from the model’s blog.
4. FITNESS JUNKIE
Rambi launched her own fitness page separately from her Instagram account where she covers fitness tips, food and nutrition and motivational quotes.
5. SHE LOVES TO TRAVEL
Just like her sister, Rambi loves to indulge in the finer things in life, such as travelling. According to her Instagram account she has been to New York, California, Japan and Indonesia.
WHO IS BONANG’S BROTHER?
Bonang’s little brother Thabo Mokoena is 20-years-old. Bonang does not share pictures of her siblings on social media often, in fact Bonang and Rambi do not follow each other on Rambi’s public social media account.
Although, Thabo accompanied Bonang to a GQ event last year and she posted the pictures to Twitter. Here’s a look.
