Smoke and Mirrors actor Meshack Mavuso-Magabane may be leaving the e.tv telenovela in September as his character Jaxon will get shot by Thandiswa (played by Ayanda Bandla).

WHO MURDERS JAXON?
The TVSA September teasers reveal that Thandiswa’s baby daddy Sakhile (Siyabonga Raymond Sepotokele) will get blamed for Jaxon’s shooting.
Thursday, 21 September teaser reads: “Caesar is shocked to learn Jaxon survived and that Sgwaca didn’t shoot him. Thandiswa grapples with guilt and also the fact that she lost the gun used to shoot Jaxon.”
The teasers also reveal that Mthetho (Kabomo Vilakazi) will investigate Jaxon’s murder case, which indicates that he might die after Thandiswa shoots him.
Tuesday, 26 September teaser reads: “Mthetho has to catch Amos, the alleged assassin casting strong suspicion in Jaxon’s murder case.”
The teasers also indicate that Caesar (Zolisa Xaluva) will hire a hitman to get rid of Jaxon, who is part of his “Unholy Trinity”, along with Mthetho.
Wednesday, 20 September: “Jaxon gets shot. Could it be Caesar’s hitman, Sgwaca? Or Amos, who hides a gun in a hotel room?”
Will Caesar finish off Jaxon after he survives getting shot by Thandiswa?

‘SMOKE AND MIRRORS’ CURRENT STORYLINE
Jaxon is a mayor in the small mining town called Emnyameni and is the most-hated character in the e.tv telenovela Smoke and Mirrors.
He is hated by the community members after he switched off the water to score a tender worth a million rand.
Jaxon is also abusive in his relationships, a serial cheater and not trusted by the “Unholy Trinity” trio as he only cares about himself.
The trio have no idea that Thandiswa returned to Emnyameni town to avenge her sister’s death, who they murdered as a sacrifice for their sangoma.
