Pearl Thusi has been trending on Twitter all week. This is because she shared a number of snaps of herself wearing clothes that reveal her bear breasts. The photos have been severely criticised by social media users who slammed her as an attention-seeker. The star however quickly told her “haters” were to get off while adding that the nipple show was inspired by American singer Janelle Monae.
And now the daughter of Jacob Zuma, Dudu Zuma has come to her defence.

Pearl Thusi trends as boob pics go viral
Most social media users couldn’t believe their eyes after a local media personality Pearl Thusi shared snaps of herself wearing a sheer body suit that revealed her breasts.
The Queen Sono actress reportedly wore the outfit to Murdah Bongz’s birthday celebration that took place last week.
She is currently being slammed as an attention seeker by social media users who have wondered out loud what she was thinking.

‘Where’s your sense of pride,” wrote one person while another added: “Honestly, I wasn’t even going to say anything, about how this isn’t empowering but embarrassing. It’s bad enough when young women expose their bodies, but for a woman pushing 40, who should be setting a good example for her million young female followers”.
The big bad clapback
Taking note of the criticism, Pearl beckoned those who had a problem with the photos to either unfollow or block her.
She also added that the photos were a tribute to US songstress Janelle Monae.

“Don’t slide if you like reporting people. Unfollow me or block me so we can both mind our business. 🫶🏽
“This look was crafted to impress ONLY @janellemonae for her latest project which I’m obsessed with. I literally floated to the party – ask @thabsie_sa . Just missin’ some lipstick on my neck.”
She also added:
“Also – y’all need to stop acting like y’all ain’t see my ladies in my movies already. Nothing new happening here. I even did the Marie Claire naked what what twice.”
And now the daughter of Jacob Zuma, Duduzile “Dudu” Zuma has come to her defence. According to her, Pearl shouldn’t be stopped from expressing herself just because she is a mom.
