South African poet and human rights activist Ntsiki Mazwai recently became a laughing stock online. This after Podcast and Chill host MacG revealed that Ntsiki was demanding a whopping R70k to come on the show. Many felt like her demand was outrageous and voiced these opinions online.

She has since shared why she settled on the whopping R70k and shame, one can’t help but feel sorry for her.

Ntsiki Mazwai shares real reason she wanted R70k from MacG

41-year-old Ntsiki Mazwai has built herself a very controversial online impression and is known for her straight-talking, sharp tongue ways.

When she is not trending for slamming a local celeb she doesn’t like, she is being sued for saying something she shouldn’t have on social media.

Apparently, her straight-talking ways tend to do her more bad than good and now she is up to her ears in legal fees – something she is evidently very desperate to get out of, Briefly News reports.

Ntsiki recently revealed that she had only asked MacG for R70 000 to come on his podcast because she thought that he wanted to help her pay off some of the legal fees that she accrued while trying to “fight gender inequality.”

“The R70,000 discussed was to help pay for my legal bills and this was made very clear. They gave me the impression they want to help as they felt I was not treated with justice by the system. Their office was very vocal about the people who sued me and they wanted to help.”

Slamming the team

A clearly upset Ntsiki also went on to slam MacG and his team for acting like they wanted to help and then turning around and mocking her on her show.

She also took to Twitter where she asked them to quit trying to maintain their relevance by using her name.
