‘Boss Lady’ – Bonang Matheba set to launch talent agency

Bonang Matheba is making headlines after revealing that she will launch her talent agency.

She is undoubtedly a jill of all trades and has a colourful career to show for it. Speaking with Thando Thabethe on 947’s HerStory Unplugged, the media personality made it known that she plans to launch her talent agency.

BONANG MATHEBA SET TO LAUNCH TALENT AGENCY

Queen B said: “It’s like a power production agency, part talent hub because South Africans are great and we are fantastic, but we have not mastered talent management, and there’s no governance in our entertainment industry.”

“We have so many superstars, but why aren’t they where they need to be? We don’t know how to cultivate them, provide for them, and move them to where they need to be.”

However, the news comes almost a year after her dramatic fallout with former management agency Celebrity Services Africa.

Bonang and CSA had a nasty fallout that saw the two trending. The two dragged each other to the courts, but the media personality won the case after a long, lengthy trial.

Let’s dive into her career, which has often thrust her into top trends. The celebrated media personality made her debut on small screens in 2002.

Since then, she has been winning big. She joined Live Amp in 2007, and her last episode was aired in 2012. Apart from small screens, she has quickly become a brand and a celebrated host.
