‘Going on MacG’s show can ruin your career,’ says DJ Maphorisa [watch]

Over the last few months, popular South African podcaster McGuyver aka MacG has been trending on Twitter and a number of other social media platforms. This is because of his mind-blowing interviews which have gotten a number of SA celebs into quite a bit of trouble. One celeb, DJ Maphorisa, has issued a warning to his fellow celebs about preparing themselves before they sit down with the famous Podcast and Chill host.

Maphorisa warns celebs about going on MacG’s show

Last year, TV presenter Jub JUb’s career took a huge knock after he went on MacG’s Podcast and Chill and said a few things about actress Amanda du Pont and singer Kelly Khumalo – both of whom he dated before.

While the Uyajola 9/9 presenter issued apologies to both women, he still hasn’t made a comeback in terms of work and is as quiet as ever on social media.

A short while before that, actress Natasha Thahane found herself in hot water after she revealed some interesting facts about her international school fees.

In light of this, DJ Maphorisa recently shared a warning with his fellow celebs about going and chatting to MacG on his famous podcast, Podcast, and Chill with MacG.

According to Maphorisa, people should properly prepare themselves before going on the show to avoid finding themselves saying things that could land them in trouble.
