Actor Clint Brink opens up about losing ‘Backstage’ girlfriend Marubini Mogale and marrying his wife, Steffi with R900 in his bank account.

The former Backstage and Scandal! actor Clint Brink revealed in an interview with King David that he married his current wife, Steffi with just R900 in his bank account.

CLINT BRINK: ‘I’M ABOUT TO MARRY MISS NAMIBIA’  

The actor and singer Clint Brink discusses his marriage to Miss Namibia and losing his girlfriend and late Backstage co-star Marubini Mogale who passed away in a car accident in 2002 at the age of 21.

Brink reveals on King David’s podcast: “I’m about to marry Miss Namibia and I’ve got R900 in my bank account. Am I effing mad?”

The talented actor also says he prayed when David asks him: ” So, what did you?”

The former Scandal! actor also opens up about his late girlfriend Marubini Mogale, who played Irene in the e.tv soapie.

“She passed away and we had to go her funeral that weekend and literally a week after the car accident, I was back to work. I never took a week off, a month to go rehabilitated myself.”

IOL reported that the late Limpopo-born actress was travelling with Brink and her sister Lerato Mogale at the time of her death.
