Two brothers Malusi and Siyabonga Ndimande, appeared before their Manzini Magistrate’s Court on 5 March. They were arrested in connection with the murder of AKA and Tibz. Five of the other suspects are in police custody in South Africa.

The arrests came barely a year after the alleged hit. However, their court case was postponed to 12 March.

AKA’S MURDER SUSPECT ALL SMILES IN COURT

No doubt, their first court appearance has set social media abuzz. Mzansi has been trying to connect the dots about their plea before the courts. One of the suspects is trending after not showing any remorse during their first court appearance.

Many have since alleged that he is one of the shooters. He was all smiles and seemingly looked unbothered. A clip of the suspect in all smiles has flooded social media since it dropped on X, formerly Twitter.

On the other hand, one of the five suspects also hogged headlines with his gestures during their first court appearance. However, through their lawyer, the two suspects revealed security concerns.

Their fears convinced many that the mastermind who called the shots was out there.

PAID HOURS BEFORE HIT

The South African Police Service (SAPS) revealed they were unsure if the coordinator ‘the master of everything’ was the ‘mastermind’ or if someone was giving him orders. The coordinator assembled the team and paid all the suspects.

However, against the news, the police have yet to disclose the name of the account name that transferred the money. A few days ago, media reports confirmed that the AKA’s murder suspects received their payment hours before the hit.

Eswatini media has it that there is transactional evidence. Against the news, the police have yet to disclose the account’s name that transferred the money. The SAPS also revealed that the seven had different roles, from spotters to shooters.
