Her smash hit ‘Water’ has undoubtedly thrust her into stardom, and she has been rubbing shoulders with the world’s finest.

TYLA OPENS UP ABOUT DRAKE FOLLOWING HER ON INSTA

Recently, speaking in an interview, she opened up about Drake following her on Instagram and how she felt about being on his radar. She gave her hilarious take on Drake’s attention and how it unfolded.

While on BigBoy TV, she made it known that she was expecting Drake to follow her on her social media platforms. She said she was “lowkey waiting,” and it happened.

No doubt the interview has since gained thousands of comments and reactions since it dropped on the internet.

Over the years, Drake has followed several artists from South Africa, including DJ Maphorisa, Kabza De Small, Black Coffee, Kelvin Momo, Uncle Waffles and others.

WORKING WITH THE CANADIAN RAPPER

It seems Tyla is the recent talent he has followed on social media, and the gesture has since set social media abuzz. Questioned about a future collaboration with the Canadian rapper, Tyla said she would love to work with Drake after her amapiano breakout hit.

Drake has previously worked with DJ Maphorisa and Kabza De Small. DJ Maphorisa produced Drake’s hit ‘One Dance’ featuring Nigerian singer Wizkid. The Canadian rapper tagged Kabza De Small as one of the exclusive producers of his tour ‘Its All A Blur Tour.’
