‘Epic’ – Siphiwe Tshabalala’s photos with DStv Premiership legends trend

Siphiwe Tshabalala took Mzansi down the memory when he shared photos with some of DStv Premier League’s legends on Instagram. The now-viral photos have gained thousands of comments and reactions since they dropped on the internet.

The former Kaizer Chiefs legend shared photos with former Orlando Pirates legends Happy Jele and Lucky Lekgwathi. Kaizer Chiefs legend Lucas Radebe and Mamelodi Sundowns Hlompho Kekana were also spotted in the mix.

SIPHIWE TSHABALALA’S PHOTOS WITH DSTV PREMIERSHIP LEGENDS TREND

The legends rubbed shoulders during a BetWay betting event to which they were invited. No doubt, it rarely happens to see celebrated legends in one room. Siphwe Tshabalala’s photos with DStv Premiership legends have since thrust them into top trends.

Siphiwe is best known for commanding the game during his stint with Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs. He scored an impressive goal during the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

Rucas Radebe has since been dubbed one of the most celebrated centre-backs ever for Kaizer Chiefs. Rucas Radebe had over 100 appearances for the Chiefs before joining English side Leeds United in 1994.

Hlompho Kekana – He had illustrious stints in the DStv Premier League, but his last dance with Mamelodi Sundowns will go down as the main highlight of his career. He joined Sundowns in 2011 and left as a legend in 2021.

ORLANDO PIRATES LEGENDS

Lucky Lekgwathi Is one of the most capped DStv Premier League players with more than 300 appearances for Orlando Pirates. He had a 14-year stint with the Pirates and left as a legend with six major honours.

Since hanging his boots, he has switched the floor to entrepreneurship and has several business investments under his watch.

Happy Jele left Orlando Pirates after 16 years of moments of brilliance. He has been involved in football matters across all verticals.
