No doubt Pearl Thusi is a jill of trades and has a colourful career to show for it. Dubbed one of the most sought-after media personalities in South Africa, Pearl Thusi has managed to wow many with her unmatched flair.

Barely a month after making her debut as a DJ, she is already getting bookings beyond South Africa as she spreads her boundaries.

PEARL THUSI GOES INTERNATIONAL AS A DJ

After adding DJying to her resume, she took it to Instagram and posted, “Delay is not denial. Trust in the process. I’ve made a dream come true. Whether this makes sense to you or not, worry about yourself and make your dreams come true. I pray this convinces you to never give up on your goals [sic].”

“I was always so worried about what everyone would say about this decision for nearly a decade. Angisanandaba nezinkulumo zabantu. I practised until I couldn’t stand. I’m so happy because I overcame the fear of judgement, forgetting that only God has the right to judge me. I’m free,” added Pearl Thusi.

However, barely months after announcing her debut, she earned her first International DJing set in Zambia. Taking to Instagram, Pearl Thusi posted, “I’ll be hogging the Aux in Zambia tomorrow. My first time playing outside of SA!”

She joins a host of South African DJs with sets in neighbouring countries. However, Pearl Thusi has since gained endorsements from several celebrities, with DJ Zinhle being one of the first DJs to show her love.

Taking to X, formerly Twitter, DJ Zinhle posted, “My new favourite DJ: Mamma Pantha @PearlThusi we are going to have so much fun [sic].”
