Best known by many as one of the country’s most outstanding football agents, Moira Tlhagale prides herself on some of the biggest transfer moves done by South African gaffer Pitso Mosimane.
Over the years, Mosimane has made big-money moves in Africa, from coaching South African giants Mamelodi Sundowns to Saudi Pro League side Abha FC.

To many, she is known as the owner of MT Sports Marketing and Management (Pty) Ltd. The sports marketing company also manages some big names in African football, including her husband, Pitso Mosimane.
MT Sports Marketing and Management is one of the few sports managing companies owned wholly by a woman. The company Moira Tlhagale, founded in 2012, boasts some of Africa’s best sports, marketing and fitness personnel.
Despite winning big in football as an agent, Moira Tlhagale has also won big as a consulting manager and surveyor. With an illustrious career spanning years, Moira Tlhagale has quickly become one of the most sought-after quantity surveyors, property development managers and project managers in South Africa. However, with a career spanning over two decades, some of her biggest projects include:
- Quantity surveyor – Cape Town International Departures terminal project
- Development manager – Pronet and V&A Waterfront projects (retail and commercial developments)

MAKING HEADLINES
She has been making headlines of late. Recently, she opened up about Pitso Mosimane’s future after the end of his stint with Abha FC. Mosimane joined the Saudi Pro League side on a four-month contract.
Speaking to the media, MT Sports MD Moira Tlhagale opened up about Mosimane’s next destination if nothing materialized after the four-month deal. However, his contract expires at the end of the Saudi Pro League season.
“Because we know we only have four months at Abha, I have already started talking to other teams, which I cannot tell you now. We are just starting to build opportunities if Abha does not work,” Tlhagale said.
