South African musician Emtee — real name Mthembeni Ndevu — was once one of the biggest rappers in SA. Headlines of abuse, substance abuse, and a general change in his attitude and appearance have cost him a lot over the years. This year, it looks like he is ready to turn everything around and has even hired a new manager, late rapper AKA’s road manager Siya Mdlulu who is also known as Scorpio Siya.
Heading online, he announced the exciting news to his fans who were thrilled to hear that he’s back in business.

Emtee makes big moves
It’s no secret that things haven’t exactly been going spectacular for local rapper Mthembeni Ndevu — stage name Emtee.
The musician shot to fame almost instantly but soon started making headlines for things like woman abuse, drug abuse and even showing his private parts on a live stream.

As a result, he faces constant scrutiny from his fans who are worried he’ll never make it back to the top.
In a big turn of events, the Roll Up hitmaker announced that he is going to be managed by Scorpio Siya — the man who used to manage slain star Kiernan “AKA” Forbes.
Taking to Instagram, he shared a photo of himself meeting with Siya and his crew. He captioned the snap:
“Ladies and gentlemen Meet my new Manager @scorpio_siya. My first ever official MANAGER with experience and a whole lotta wisdom. Olipa tingz agwaan. #DIY3. Tryna work? Hala at my dawg @scorpio_siya. It’s been a long time coming and things are starting to make sense. Grateful.”

In the comment section, many congratulated him on making such a big move toward reviving his career.
“Only makes sense. Dude worked with Forbes and look how great he was…plus the ties with K.O will definitely open doors,” one person wrote while another added:
