DJ and producer Mobi Dixon hospitalised after car crash
DJ and record producer Mobi Dixon is receiving treatment after he was involved in a car accident in Tuesday night.

Mabi Ntuli, better known by his stage name Mobi Dixon, is in hospital after being involved in a car accident in Sandton.

MOBI DIXON INVOLVED IN CAR ACCIDENT
A statement released by his team on his official X account revealed that he is currently receiving the best medical care.
“After an unfortunate car accident, Mobi Dixon is currently receiving the best medical care. We would like to thank the medical team for their support and professionalism. As well as the family and friends who have been with him through this difficult time.
“In order to give Mobi the space he needs to recover, we ask for privacy and patience from the media and fans during this time. We will provide further details when appropriate.

Mobi Dixon’s team also said that all his shows are currently cancelled.
“We will announce new dates in future. Thank you for your understanding and continued support,” read the statement.

MORE DETAILS ON THE ACCIDENT
The City Rains hitmaker’s road manager, Amos Mwenda, told The Citizen that the accident happened on Tuesday around 20:00.
“It happened as he was trying to off-ramp on the highway and this Quantum that was carrying equipment; the guys [in the taxi] were from shooting. So the guy skipped the robot as Mobi was trying to turn and that guy just crashed into him,” Mwenda said.
