Amapiano star, Young Stunna – real name Sandile Fortune Msimango reached the top of X’s (the social media platforms formally known as Twitter) trend list after his alleged hospitality rider was leaked online as seen in a post shared on Wednesday, 15 November by a popular X user known as Chris Excel.

A LOOK AT AMAPIANO STAR, YOUNG STUNNA’S ALLEGED HOSPITALITY RIDER

A hospitality rider is a list of requests for the comfort of a booked artist. Hospitality riders do not fall part of the booking fee. Earlier this year, some event promoters complained that some Amapiano artists’ hospitality rider’s including DJ Maphorisa and Kabza De Small can even cost more than their booking fees.

According to Chris Excel’s post, Young Stunna’s hospitality rider includes security guards, six bottles of 500ml bottled mineral water, 12 Red Bulls, two bottles of Hennessy VSOP, two bottles of Jägermeister, one bottle of Don Julio tequila, a food platter, a Hubbly Bubbly Hookah, and 12 other bottles of non-alcohol beverages (Tonic Water and Grapetizer). Social media has been buzzing since the list was posted, with several social media users guessing how much the hospitality rider amounted to and were curious to know how it compared to his booking fee.

Meanwhile, the Andiwele hitmaker is also trending for the wrong reasons outside of social media. According to Sunday World, an event organiser in Mount Frere (now known as kwaBhaca) in the Eastern Cape region, was left in disbelief after Young Stunna left his establishment, Underground Pub without performing.

The Sithi Shwi hitmaker was reportedly booked for R60 000 to perform at the pub over the weekend but upon his arrival, he refused to stick around and complained about getting mud on his expensive sneakers. He is also said to have refused to share a table with another artist from the Eastern Cape. He was allegedly in a hurry to leave the area and demanded to have his flight changed. On top of that, he also allegedly demanded to be transported in a luxurious Mercedes-Benz V-Class. These are some of the costs the pub owner mentioned, not including the Amapiano star’s accommodation booking fee.
